How to Cook Fried Anchovy


Ingredients

  • 1 kg anchovy
  • 200 gr corn flour
  • salt
  • Sunflower Oil
Directions 
Wash and drain anchovies. Remove the bones. Salt the fish and hold two of them from their tails the inner parts facing each other and mix with corn flour. Fry in heated oil (preferably sunflower oil). It is very tasty and you should  serve it with green salad and rockets.
